This was the original coach house for the main residence which was refurbished in the early 1970s and has been modernised in 2010 to meet NITB 5 Star standards. The sitting room, which has been furnished with traditional dark oak furniture and antiques in keeping with the historic character of the building, opens directly onto a private patio. Maximum occupancy 8 persons.
Lillian Bland Suite: Stunningly attractively decorated room with large picture window and two smaller windows with magnificent views over Belfast Lough. Wonderful traditional 4 Poster bed. Ensuite bathroom with bath and power shower over with large doors opening onto view of the patio garden.
Dimity Suite: Attractively decorated in blue and yellow with view of the patio garden. Double bed. Ensuite has walk-in power shower.
McVitty Room: Interesting bright sunny room with staircase leading into it. Windows either side of room catching morning and evening sun. One window looks out onto patio garden. Double bed. Beside bathroom.
Edwardian Lady Room: Very pretty room on ground floor looking out on to patio with double bed.
Garden Room: Twin-bedded room on ground floor looking out onto the patio.
Lilian Bland en-suite: Dimity en-suite: McVitty Room (has bathroom beside it which can become en-suite) are all upstairs.
Edwardian Lady and Garden Rooms are downstairs.
Bright and spacious kitchen with dining area to one end - very comfortably seats 8. Direct access to patio garden suitable for picnics and BBQs.
Spacious sitting room with large picture window. Also has direct access to patio garden.
